The myth of the American dream, of going to college, getting a degree, getting a job, working your way up the corporate ladder, getting married, buying a house (with a white picket fence), having 2.5 kids and retiring with a cushy pension no longer exists. It’s a pipe dream and everyone knows it.
Our government is not going to magically create jobs out of thin air.
The responsibility lies squarely on the shoulders of the people and the free enterprise system.
A new economy has emerged.
We’re experiencing a monumental shift from the old “job economy” to the new “ownership economy.”
For the 25 million unemployed or underemployed in America, it’s no longer about the tug-of-war.
If you’re out of work, you have to own your work!
If you want to make it in the new “ownership economy,” you must:
- Let go of the old paradigm. It’s gone and for most, it’s not coming back.
- Learn & equip yourself with Career Ownership Skills. Find a career path you can get passionate about and learn how to add value to the marketplace in that industry.
- Think YOU, INC. You are founder, president and 100% stockholder in YOU, INC. You will have to develop your own YOU, INC. IQ – when you know better, you do better and when you do better, you live better. When you give more value to the marketplace, you will be rewarded accordingly.
The American dream is happiness and prosperity.
You deserve it and you can achieve it, but you have to reinvent yourself.
