Refund Policy

Effective date: September 23, 2026

Digital books and bundles: If a book isn’t what you expected, tell us within thirty days, and we’ll refund it. No questions, no form to fill in.

Team licences: Within thirty days of purchase, provided the link has not been shared with more than ten people. After that, the licence runs for its term.

Company licences: Refunds and cancellation are governed by the agreement signed for each licence.

Private sessions: Cancel more than 48 hours before your slot, and we’ll refund in full. Inside 48 hours, or after the session has taken place, the fee is not refundable.

Speaking engagements are governed by the agreement signed for each event.

How to ask: Write to info@burkehedges.com with the email address you used and, if you have it, your order number. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with and usually take 5–10 working days to appear.
