How do my people get access?
They open your private licence link, enter their email address, and claim a seat. Once the seat limit is reached, the system stops additional claims.
What happens if my team grows past my tier?
Move to the next licence tier. Existing members keep access while the larger seat limit is applied.
How long does access last?
Licences run for 12 months from activation.
Can I remove a seat?
Yes. An administrator can revoke a seat when someone leaves, which makes that seat available again.
Can I add other titles later?
The three core books are included now. Additional titles can be added later as more editions become ready.
Can I be invoiced?
Yes. Use the invoice request and include the licence tier you need.
